PRAP's interface is split into two layers. The left panel is read-only: live dashboards showing alert queues, hold timers, escalation status, and the colour-coded risk levels for every open position. Anyone with Elliot Cinder's credentials can see this without leaving a trace. The right panel is different. It contains the active controls: the buttons that place observation holds, suppress alerts, override escalation timers, and authorize the Amber Band freeze. Every click on that side is logged with a timestamp and a user ID. Read-only observation could give you timing. You could watch Isabella's hold patterns, learn when alerts queue up, and map the intervals between PRAP's automated warnings and her manual interventions. All of this without leaving fingerprints. Touching the active controls could give the cell leverage: proof that the hold system works the way you theorized, or even the ability to delay an escalation yourself. But every interaction on that side of the panel is logged. If Blackridge's security team reviews the audit trail, Elliot Cinder stops being a name and starts being evidence. You decide what kind of mistake you are willing to make. Not "right versus wrong" in the fairy-tale sense, more brutally than that: the mistake that keeps you plausible, versus the mistake that makes you useful. Your cursor hovers. The screen glows on your face like a small moon. [[Cybercrime/The_Phisherman/Read Only Recon|Observe without touching anything]] [[Dangerous Control Surface|Get closer to the controls]]
